- Political communication actions in physical and digital public spaces are essentially executed through:

  • Direct contact and permanent dialogue with people in the organizational, media and community spheres;
  • Educational, artistic, literary, scientific and cultural processes;
  • Content produced and published by social media;
  • The use of symbolic elements; and
  • The contribution of people as active subjects who can generate and
    socialize content.

6- Who is responsible for the management of political communication?

- State organs, agencies and entities, mass and social organizations and fundamental means of social communication, as part of their processes and actions of political communication, are also responsible for stimulating the leading action of different social actors in the construction, implementation and control of public policies.

- For the management of political communication as regulated in the Law on Social Communication and other regulatory provisions, the subjects mentioned in the previous section plan the human, material, and financial resources required.
