The country trademark is an official sign owned by the Cuban state. It is a red triangle with a white star in the center and the word «Cuba» in blue with a capital «C.»

Adopted by the Council of Ministers, Decree 54/2021 establishes the Cuba Country Trademark and the regulations governing its use and functions.

The Decree also establishes the Country Trademark Council, which is responsible for authorizing the use of the trademark and regulating its promotion, national and international protection, administration, control, and defense. The council is also responsible for implementing measures in case of infringement.
