This is the first regulation of its kind in the country that will standardize the processing of citizens’ demands to institutions at the national level.
The institutions are responsible for attending to, listening to, solving, following up on, and verifying people’s satisfaction.
The Law and its Regulations reinforce the idea of achieving transparent, agile, effective, and efficient public administration. This is in accordance with Guidelines 195 and 201 of the Economic and Social Policy of the Party and the Revolution (2021-2026) and Work Objective No. 16 of the First National Conference of the Communist Party of Cuba (PCC).
