What Is the Country Trademark of the Republic of Cuba?

It is the official graphic symbol that indicates national identity and origin, representing the country’s image. Its ownership belongs to the Cuban State.

It embodies and condenses the principles, values, idiosyncrasies, cultural heritage, and unique qualities inherent to the nation in both national and international contexts.

Country Trademark Council

The Country Trademark Council is the authorized body responsible for granting permission to use the symbol and for its promotion, protection, administration, oversight, and defense.

It has its own legal personality and is part of the Institute of Information and Social Communication, which manages the Country Trademark among other functions.

The members of the Country Trademark Council are:
