Social Communication Consulting
Procedure: Application for Authorization to Provide Consulting Services in Social Communication
In accordance with Decree 101/2024, which regulates Law 162/2023 “On Social Communication”, consulting services in social communication may be provided in the country by mass and social organizations, State entities and legally constituted public institutions.
These legal entities must request authorization from the Directorate of Organizational Communication of the Institute of Information and Social Communication to offer the services.
Requirements for application:
1.Formal application: It is submitted by the head of a mass or social organization, State entity, or institution of public character that is legally constituted, to the Directorate of Organizational Communication of the Institute of Information and Social Communication.
Applications may be submitted directly or through Provincial Directorates or the organizational structure of the Isle of Youth special municipality.

2. Content of the application:
a) A conceptualization with a detailed explanation of the proposed social communication consulting services.
b) The scope of the services to be offered and an explanation of the areas, sectors, or types of entities that will be benefit.
c) Certification of professional, technical, and scientific endorsement for the personnel who will develop the services, showing that they have the necessary experience and training to perform these functions. This endorsement may be provided by the Association of Social Communicators of the province or the Social Communication Faculty of the territory.
Receipt of application:
The application for authorization is registered, and the applicant is notified of its receipt.
Response deadline:
Responses will be provided within 30 working days of submission.

If the documentation does not meet the established requirements, it will be returned to the applicant. The applicant then has 10 working days to complete and resubmit the application.
