– State bodies, agencies, and entities, mass and social organizations, and media organizations carry out these activities in accordance with their functions and objectives. They provide the necessary human, material, and financial resources.
4- How is it organized?
– Each year, agencies in the Central State Administration plan national public interest communication campaigns that address the country's interests in their respective sectors. The planning process specifies each campaign’s objective, target audience, implementation period, internal communication actions to raise awareness among workers, social media plan, other actions, involved agencies, and estimated cost.
– The annual plan for the national public service communication campaigns of the Central State Administration agencies is approved by the Council of Ministers.
5- How are they inserted into fundamental social communication media?
– Public service messages are exempt from payment for insertion costs in fundamental social communication media. Businesses and other economic actors develop public service communication as part of their social responsibility initiatives.
