Law 162/2023 of Social Communication regulates the strategic and integrated management of social communication processes in organization, media, and community spheres. It also establishes operating principles for all media.
Adopted by the National Assembly of People's Power in May 2023, the law addresses the design of visual and industrial communication, the country's trademark image, advertising and sponsorship, and communication on public roads. It also contains chapters on research, development, and innovation; training; preparation; improvement; and professional organizations in the field of social communication.
