Media Communication


Media communication is carried out by social communication outlets whose essential mission is to produce and share content to inform, educate, and entertain.


Fundamental social communication media include organizations that play a strategic role in building consensus and encouraging popular participation in the country’s economic, social, and cultural development.


These media are socialist property, belonging to the people or to political, mass, and social organizations, and cannot be subject to any other form of ownership, in accordance with constitutional provisions. They include news agencies, radio, television, and printed and digital social communication platforms.
