Creation of an Advertising Agency
Procedure: Application for the Creation of an Advertising Agency
In accordance with the provisions of Law 162/2023 "On Social Communication" and Decree 102/2024 Regulation for the exercise of advertising and sponsorship, agencies are State entities or public institutions legally constituted for this purpose, who provide advertising services in a professional and organized manner.
Requirements for application:
1. Formal application: It is submitted by the owner or legal representative of the State entity or public institution to the General Directorate for Advertising and Sponsorship of the Institute of Information and Social Communication.
For the creation of an advertising agency, these legal entities request the consent of the president of the Institute of Information and Social Communication.
The legally constituted advertising agencies continue to carry out their activity and submit to the Institute for Information and Social Communication the documents certifying their creation and social purpose, within 90 days of the entry into force of the regulatory provision.
Requirements for application:

Receipt of application:
The application for authorization is registered, and the applicant is notified of its receipt.
In case the documentation does not meet the requirements, it will be returned to the applicant who has 10 working days to complete and resubmit the application.

Responses will be provided within 30 working days of submission.
